The Struts are a British rock band known for their high-energy performances and retro-inspired sound. The group was formed in Derby, England, in 2009. The band’s lineup consists of lead vocalist Luke Spiller, guitarist Adam Slack, bassist Jed Elliott, and drummer Gethin Davies.
The Struts draw inspiration from classic rock bands like Queen, The Rolling Stones, and Aerosmith. Their music combines catchy melodies, anthemic choruses, and a glam-rock aesthetic. They have been praised for their charismatic stage presence and dynamic live shows, often compared to the energetic performances of bands from the ’70s and ’80s.
The band gained initial recognition with their debut album, “Everybody Wants,” released in 2014. It featured the hit singles “Could Have Been Me” and “Kiss This.” Their second album, “Young & Dangerous,” was released in 2018 and included popular tracks like “Body Talks” and “Bulletproof Baby.” The Struts have been praised for their ability to capture the spirit and energy of classic rock while adding their own modern twist.
