Holiday Tree Lighting at the Heavenly Village Lake Tahoe
Friday, November 28, 2025, join us as Santa lights our spectacular 65-foot, brilliantly lit fir tree! The kickoff ceremony will feature caroling, live music, and fun for the whole family. Starting November 29th, daily tree lightings will take place at 5:30 PM, with Santa joining in the festivities. Special guests include Sheriff Jeff Leikauf, Senator Marie Alvarado-Gil and Fire Chief Jim Drennan. Don’t miss the holiday magic with Santa himself in attendance!
Firework Display: Celebrate the opening night with fireworks
Tree Topper: The star will be lit on top of the tree by a firefighter from City Of South Lake Tahoe Fire Rescue Ladder Truck #2.

Champagne & Chocolate Sleigh Ride Tasting Experience

Holiday Figure Skating Exposition

Guests are invited to gather rink side as talented amateur champion skaters of all ages glide, spin, and soar to their favorite seasonal classics, bringing the magic of the holidays to life on ice. Meet Your Favorite Characters
Every Saturday in December, and daily December 26th-30th, 2:00-5:00 pm. Take photos with your favorite characters from Mario & Luigi, Woody & Jessie, and more! They’ll be gliding across the ice and roaming Heavenly Village, ready to meet you for magical moments and fun photo ops!

Heavenly Holidays Ferris Wheel & Tea Cup Ride

Location: Base of the Heavenly Gondola.
Take in breathtaking daytime views of the lake, then watch as Heavenly Village comes alive at night with a dazzling display of lights. Capture unforgettable photos—especially from our giant Ferris wheel, located just west of the Christmas tree. The views and memories are sure to be as spectacular as the lights!
Story Time With Santa & Mrs. Claus at Village Toys

Gather the kids and head over to Village Toys for a magical hour of fun and imagination with Story Time with Santa & Mrs Claus! Mrs. Claus brings beloved children’s books to life through her animated storytelling, creating a captivating experience for little ones. It’s the perfect family-friendly activity to foster a love of reading and creativity. Plus, enjoy browsing Village Toys’ delightful selection of games, books and playtime treasures before or after the event. Admission is free, and all are welcome to join in the fun!

4pm – 6pm: DJ Cash Master – CASHMASTER is a highly-skilled DJ and music producer known for playing high-energy, captivating sets. With years of experience performing at top venues like Heavenly Village Lake Tahoe, the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Lake Tahoe, and Bass Camp Music Festival, CASHMASTER brings a unique blend of electronic beats and live-show energy.
6:15 – 7pm: BAHENA – BAHENA is a powerhouse rock band from Sacramento who is currently out touring their latest release. Fronted by one of the most dynamic frontmen in the scene, Jorell Bahena, they’ll have you dancing and singing along to all of your favorite songs.
7:30pm – 10pm: Platinum selling, Grammy nominated country superstar ERIC PASLAY is joined by national touring acts JARED JAMES NICHOLS, CJ Solar and MARK MACKAY
Eric Paslay is known for his own hits like “Friday Night” and “She Don’t Love You,” but he will also perform the massive hits he’s written for others: Jake Owen’s Barefoot Blue Jean Night, Eli Young Band’s Even If It Breaks Your Heart, Keith Urban’s Wild Hearts, and so many more. Jared James Nichols, who’s widely respected as one of the biggest guitar players in the world, is fresh off a massive European tour, and will return to the Heavenly stage since signing a new record deal and releasing a signature guitar with Gibson Guitars. Mark Mackay and CJ Solar, who are also frequent collaborators, have spent the past years touring the country and sharing stages with some of the biggest names in the world: Gary Allan, Lynard Skynard, REO Speedwgon, Steve Miller Band and so many more. They will be backed by an all star band from Nashville TN – who currently play with classic rock heavyweights like The Alan Parsons Project and Berlin. With the backdrop of the greatest fireworks show you’ve ever seen, its a night of top shelf musicianship, performing the soundtrack of your life.

Ring in the new year with friends and family with a spectacular firework show and gondola drop coordinated with the midnight ball drop in New York City’s Time Square at 9 p.m. PT. on December 31, 2025. Admission is Free! Don’t miss the most spectacular fireworks display ever to hit Heavenly Village. We are stepping it up again! Rung in by a special guest, the top of the parking garage will be lit up like never before. Not to be missed.
