Tahoe’s Spooktacular Tradition

Freakers Ball

Less trick and more treat, the Freaker’s Ball is the biggest Halloween get together in the Lake Tahoe Basin. If you love this time of year, it’s a must.

Freakers Ball Tahoe

While many large-scale events come & go, there are some that are timeless. One of these is the Freaker’s Ball. Lake Tahoe’s biggest Halloween Party takes place annually at Bally’s Lake Tahoe.

History Of Freakers Ball

In its 4th decade (you read that right… 40 years?!?!), it’s the ultimate way to mingle with the creatures of the night and enjoy Halloween. Named after the 1972 song written by Dr. Hook & the Medicine Show “Freakin at the Freaker’s Ball”, this event is perfect for those wanting to see a wild four-ring costume circus extravaganza. You’ll want to put this Halloween party on your bucket list.

What To Expect

The Freaker’s Ball offers two parties under one roof: you can experience unique Halloween celebrations at both the Opal Ultra Lounge and Blu Nightclub. The event festivities begin as early as 8:00 p.m. This night of haunted happenings includes sultry go-go dancers, DJs, laser lights, and drink specials that last all night long. Come in costume for a chance to win a share of $10,000 in cash and prizes.
