Led by Executive Chef Frank Trotta, our menu highlights sustainable, locally sourced ingredients and features shareable plates designed to delight every palate. From the indulgent Blackened Shrimp Mac n Cheese to the bold Cajun Seafood Pasta, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Taste at The Loft is open nightly at 5:00 PM, with dinner reservations highly recommended. Convenient parking and an exceptional selection of fine wines and craft cocktails make it easy to savor this unique experience.

Taste At The Loft features Award-Winning American Tapas, Small Plates, and Entrees.  From cold and hot plates to imported cheese charcuterie boards, and lots of vegetarian options, our dinner, bar, and lounge guests can enjoy this social dining experience throughout the entire Loft venue.   Reservations are recommended.  Walk-in’s welcome.  All menu items are created in-house by our Executive Chef, Frank Trotta, who holds a Culinary Arts Degree from the famed Culinary Institute of America in New York. He also is a Certified Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers.
