Big Meadow Trail

Big Meadow is located in Meiss Country on the south end of the Lake Tahoe Basin. Big Meadow Trailhead serves as an entrance to the Tahoe Rim Trail and boasts breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe, Hope Valley and the Carson Valley. From South Lake Tahoe: Head south on Highway 89 (Luther Pass) approximately 10 miles. The parking area is accessible via the gated road just before the summit.
