Stanford Sierra Conference Center

Our packages give you the quality experience expected with the Stanford name. University affiliation is not required to reserve our center. Every spring and fall, we host corporate business retreats and educational conferences. Our all-inclusive California conference center offers wireless internet access throughout the property. You can reserve the center exclusively for your group with a minimum of 80 guests in the spring and 100 guests in the fall.

Stanford Sierra has five meeting rooms that comfortably accommodate 25 to 180 guests. Additional meeting space is available on outdoor decks and at nearby cabins. The quality of your meeting experience is of the utmost importance.

With plenty of local knowledge of the South Lake Tahoe area and expertise in conference planning, our staff provides diligent assistance with your meeting’s logistics, from arranging arrival and departure shuttle service to organizing entertaining team-building activities. At Stanford Sierra, recreation is an essential part of the meeting experience. Our Lake Tahoe conference center is ideally located for spending time outside hiking, boating, fishing, and playing tennis or volleyball. In addition to outdoor recreation, our staff can arrange for in-room massage treatments or yoga classes with advance notice.

Group Lodging & Accommodations in South Lake Tahoe

Accommodations for up to 180 guests are simple yet comfortable with spectacular views of Fallen Leaf Lake and the surrounding Sierra peaks. Offering a variety of group lodging options, the charming staff at Stanford Sierra Conference Center can assist any of your requests.

The main lodge, at the center of the property, offers 12 single rooms along with the spacious dining and meeting facilities as well as comfortable common areas. The entire main lodge including the lodge rooms provide free wireless high-speed Internet access.

Spread throughout the Jeffrey Pines and Incense Cedars are 52 two- and three-bedroom cabins that accommodate the majority of guests. Each cabin includes a private bath and deck overlooking Fallen Leaf Lake.
