The Glenbrook Rental Program was established in the mid-1970s as a division of Glenbrook Realty with Carole Terry as the broker/owner. In 1997, Kevin Kjer purchased the rental office and continues to operate it to this day. The Glenbrook Rental Program specializes in renting out vacation properties in the Glenbrook, Lake Tahoe area. The inventory consists of townhomes, cottage homes, and custom homes. With a repeat customer return rate of over 95%, Kevin believes that his success comes from combining the beauty of Glenbrook with friendly, personalized customer service.
