Thursday, December 18, 2025, 5:30 pm. As the longest night of the year arrives, you’re invited to slow down, settle in, and honor the turning of the season at a Winter Solstice Sound Healing gathering at Paddle House Brews in South Lake Tahoe.

Set your intentions for the Solstice New Moon & the New Year of 2026! Join us for a cozy sound healing journey in an enchanted forest.
Pole for the Globe has been offering Winter Solstice Sound Journeys online since 2017, but this is our first South Lake Tahoe In-Person event! This year, Feather unites with Craig and Tanya for a live sound event in the heart of Tahoe.
Join us for an intimate Winter Solstice healing circle with three powerful practitioners uniting for one sacred session: 2026 energy clearing, sound healing, and profound restoration. There will be some light yogic movement to bring you into your body. However the main focus is on the sound journey with bowls, tuning forks, sacred frequencies and guided meditation. We will also be doing some light touch on your third eye and heart chakra with the tuning forks. Begin with calming ceremonial tea (Peaceful Prana Tea) served upon arrival to gently open your system and deepen the experience.
There will be heaters outside for warmth, and bottomless hot tea. Wear several layers, hats, gloves, scarves, whatever you need to stay cozy (see FAQ’s). Bring your own yoga mat, and even a blanket for the meditation. Warm up inside at the fireplace before and after the session.
If weather is looking to be too cold/snowing/raining, we’ll move our event indoors right there at Paddle House.
No phones, Smartwatches or cell use during the Meditation to make sure everyone’s experience is undisturbed.
Come rest, reflect, and welcome the light.
