Tahoe Forest Stewardship Day

June 13

9:00 am - 1:00 pm

June 23 @ 5:17 am

Help heal the land at Tahoe Forest Stewardship Day on June 13.

Join Keep Tahoe Blue and the Nevada Tahoe Conservation District for a day of hands-on stream restoration at Marlette Creek near Thunderbird Lodge on Lake Tahoe’s east shore.

Plant native vegetation, support habitat restoration efforts, and learn from the experts working to care for Tahoe’s natural landscapes.

No experience necessary; just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to lend a hand. Plus, enjoy lunch and giveaways after the work is done.

  • Meeting Location: Chimney Beach Parking Area (Hwy 28 near Geo Whittell Rd, Carson City, NV)
  • Restoration Projects: 9 am–12 pm
  • Volunteer Lunch: 12–1 pm

Interested in taking on a larger role? We’re also looking for Volunteer Team Leads to welcome participants and support projects throughout the day.

Sign up today as a volunteer or team lead. Spots are limited!
