Tahoe History Talks at The Museum Complex

October 29

6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

October 23 @ 4:36 pm

Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at 6:00 pm. David & Gayle Woodruff, Memories of Bonanza at the History Museum Complex.

Ride with us back to those golden days of yester-year when Ben, Adam, Hoss and Little Joe
stood for honesty, decency…and owned about 1/3 of the Lake Tahoe Basin (at least according to the TV plotline!). Using seldom seen images and extensive research, local authors and historians, David and Gayle Woodruff, bring the Cartwrights and their socially edge cutting ways back to life in an informative, amusing, and entertaining 55-minute slide show presentation, plus… a surprise ending!

The History Museum will be open after the presentation from 7:00 to 8:00 pm to become a member
or renew your membership. Use your membership discount in the bookstore on books, merchandise or photos. Thank you.

The History Museum and Bookstore will also be open Saturdays from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm until mid December 2025. Please join or renew your membership to receive a discount on your purchases of books, merchandise, and photos in the bookstore.

Parking is available at the History Museum and Senior Center parking lots.

Suitable for all ages, Tahoe talks are free, but donations are gladly accepted.
