Kirkwood Ski Team (KSEF) 2026 Annual H2H Race and Fundraising Gala Dinner
KSEF’s annual Head 2 Head (H2H) Event is our biggest and most important fundraiser to support our program. This event features an on-hill race followed by a private dinner & auction at the Wall Bar restaurant. Adults will enjoy music, silent & live auctions, and a banquet dinner. Meanwhile, kids are welcome to join in on the Kids’ Night at Red Cliffs Lodge with food, games, and a movie. Please help us celebrate our team while raising money for KSEF!
2026 H2H Fundraising Event: This season’s theme is all about having FUN, get your wig, your onesies, and your groovy ski vibes, and let’s celebrate and fundraise for our favorite ski team, KSEF!
Fundraising: Athletes will create a profile and seek sponsorships through our Give Butter platform. Funds raised allow us to hire the best alpine racing staff in Tahoe and keep the program at an affordable cost. Tickets to all of the events are available for purchase on this platform.
Race: Racer Ready!!! After registration, participants will be assigned to a team with a coach as the team leader. Parents will make up some teams, and kids will make up others—each team led by a coach to keep things organized and fun. Everyone will get the chance to ski two runs at full speed, focusing on fun, camaraderie, and team building rather than results. We’ll break for lunch on the hill, then head back up for the second run. Come dressed up in your wig and onesie and have some fun with your KSEF Family.
Adult Only Dinner & Auction: Adults are invited to a private dinner & auction at the Wall Bar. Enjoy an amazing silent auction, cocktails, fancy dinner, and live auction to support KSEF. Space is limited, so please purchase your tickets early! Event starts at 5:30. COACHES FREE
Kids Night: Need something for your kids to do while you enjoy the Dinner & Auction? Drop them off at Red Cliffs for some pizza, games and a movie starting at 5:15. Pick-up time no later than 9:15
The Team: The Kirkwood Ski Team is an independent, non-profit, 501(c)3) organization that is committed to providing high-quality alpine ski education and racing to as many kids as possible. The program provides an alpine ski racing program that promotes a healthy lifestyle, a winning spirit and a love of mountain snow sports through professional athletic skill development. We are focused on competitive alpine ski racing and guided by five fundamentals – each is equally important and interdependent.

We strive to meet the needs of all of our athletes. With the generous financial support of our sponsors, KSEF maintains programs for racing in the US Ski & Snowboard Far West, Tahoe League, and Masters Events. KSEF also provides support to those athletes who require financial assistance to participate in our programs.
