The Loft Theatre-Lounge-Dining in Heavenly Village is proud to present its 9th Annual Halloween Bash and Costume Contest on Friday, October 31, 2025, transforming the venue into The Haunted Loft—an electrifying Ultra Lounge experience featuring DJ Tony Dove, drink specials, and one of the region’s most popular costume contests. Now a South Lake Tahoe tradition, the Halloween Bash has become one of the most anticipated events of the season, drawing both locals and visitors for a night of revelry in the heart of Heavenly Village. Festivities begin at 10:00 PM, with DJ Tony Dove taking the stage from 10:30 PM until 2:00 AM, delivering a high-energy soundtrack to keep the party going late into the night.
Guests are encouraged to showcase their most creative costumes for a chance to win more than $1,000 in prizes, including dinners, drinks, and show tickets. Throughout the evening, The Loft will also feature $5 beer, wine, and cocktail specials.
Tickets are available now through TIXR. The first 30 tickets are free (limit two per customer), with general admission priced at $10 in advance and $20 at the door. For an elevated experience, VIP fire-pit tables with bottle service are available by reservation at frank@thelofttahoe.com. Please note, this event is 21+ only.
For those looking to start their evening earlier, The Loft Theatre will present two live productions before the party starring Nathan Coe Marsh at 7:00 PM, and Magic After Dark (18+) at 9:00 PM, featuring Robert Hall. Both shows offer guests the opportunity to experience world-class magic before joining the Halloween celebration.
