Foo Fighters is an American rock band formed in Seattle, Washington in 1994. The band was founded by former Nirvana drummer Dave Grohl, who initially recorded a self-titled debut album under the Foo Fighters name as a solo project.
After the album’s success, Grohl recruited bassist Nate Mendel, drummer William Goldsmith, and guitarist Pat Smear to form a full band. They released their second album, “The Colour and the Shape,” in 1997, which established them as a major force in the rock world.
Over the years, the band’s lineup has changed, with Grohl being the only constant member. The current lineup includes Grohl, Mendel, guitarist Chris Shiflett, drummer Taylor Hawkins, and keyboardist Rami Jaffee.
Foo Fighters have released ten studio albums to date, with their most recent album, “Medicine at Midnight,” released in February 2021. The band’s music is characterized by their loud and energetic rock sound, with catchy melodies and powerful guitar riffs.
Their live performances are also a major part of their appeal, with the band known for their high-energy shows and their ability to connect with their audience. Foo Fighters have won multiple Grammy Awards and have been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Lake Tahoe Outdoor Arena at Harveys is an all-ages venue. Everyone is required to have a ticket for both reserved and general admission shows and we discourage infants attending.
Caesars Entertainment management reserves the right to implement paid parking at any time, including special events. CLEAR BAG POLICY
- No purses, bags, backpacks or fanny-packs will be allowed inside the Lake Tahoe Outdoor Arena at Harveys.
- Medication, ID, credit cards or personal care items may be placed in a small cosmetic or privacy bag within the approved clear bag.
- The following items are not permitted in the concert venue: backpacks, bags, coolers, poles, sticks, drones, laser pointers, weapons or projectiles, unauthorized cameras with removable lenses, monopods, tripods and selfie sticks, rigid framed bleacher and bench chairs, metal containers and beverage containers larger than 17oz.
