We’ve compiled a list of Easter activities in South Lake Tahoe.

Ready, Set: Find the Golden Egg

Sunday, April 5, 2026, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm | children 12 and under | $5 per person.
The Shops at Heavenly Village are holding an Easter Egg Hunt. Over 15,000 candy and toy-filled eggs will be hidden, including offers from Village shops and $1,000 in cash prize eggs! This year’s celebration expands beyond the egg hunt with a three-day-long carnival filled with games, rides, and entertainment for all ages. Easter Sunday will also include the ever-popular Stuff-a-Bunny station, where kids can craft their own cuddly companion, face painting and a heartwarming Easter Brunch with the Easter Bunny at Fire & Ice Restaurant.
Sunday, April 5, 2026, Zephyr Point Easter Eggstravaganza, Start your morning with a lakeside sunrise service, enjoy a free pancake breakfast, or join the kids’ Easter festivities. All activities are free and open to everyone. Drop in anytime and follow the Easter Egg signs to join the celebration. 🐣
Saturday, April 4, 2026, The Camp Richardson Annual Easter Egg Hunt will kick off promptly at 11 a.m. Participants should arrive a little early to get ready and secure their spot. This event is specially designed for children 10 years old and under, so bring your little ones to experience the excitement of hunting for colorful eggs hidden along the sandy shoreline.
Saturday, March 28 & Sunday, March 29, 2026, An opportunity to meet the Easter Bunny and get some cute photos at the Harrah’s Lake Tahoe Arcade. Just $10 per 5×7 print for a professional portrait with the real EB.
Friday, April 3, 2026, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm | children 6 and under
The Easter Bunny will hide eggs at Kahle Community Center, are invited to the hunt! Participants must bring their own basket.
Saturday, April 4, 2026, 10:30 am to 12:00 pm | children ages 1-11
South Tahoe Optimist Club will host their 57th annual Easter egg hunt at Lake Tahoe Community College. Thousands of eggs will be hidden throughout the parking lot near the gym. There will be various prizes awarded, including one for the best Easter bonnet!

Eggs-tra Special Easter Sunday Brunch

Easter Brunch on the M.S. Dixie II. Sunday, April 5, 2026, 12:00 PM departure from Zephyr Cove Resort. 2-hour 15 min cruise. Take in the views of Big Blue on our scenic brunch cruise featuring a delicious buffet. $120 for adults and $60 for children.
