South Lake Tahoe Beer Trail

Summer adventures are pouring once again as the South Lake Tahoe Beer Trail has returned, inviting locals and visitors to discover the best of Tahoe’s thriving craft beer scene.

Stretching from Stateline to the Y, the Beer Trail connects six locally owned breweries, each offering its own unique atmosphere, handcrafted brews, and mountain-town character.

Participating locations include South Lake Brewing Company, The Libation Lodge, Sidellis Lake Tahoe Brewery & Restaurant, Cold Water Brewery & Grill, South of North Brewing Co., and Tahoe Brew House.

New this year is the South Lake Tahoe Beer Trail App, your digital passport to the trail. Create an account, check in at each brewery, unlock rewards, and stay up to date on brewery specials, live music, and events happening all summer long.

Complete the trail by visiting all participating breweries and earn an exclusive South Lake Tahoe Beer Trail pint glass—the perfect souvenir to commemorate your journey through Tahoe’s craft beer community.

Whether you’re a longtime local, a weekend adventurer, or a visiting beer lover, the South Lake Tahoe Beer Trail offers a fun and flavorful way to experience the people, places, and pints that make South Shore unique.

The Beer Trail is designed to be enjoyed at your own pace. Whether traveling by bike, walking between locations, or utilizing the free Lake Link on-demand transit service, participants are encouraged to take their time exploring the trail. There is no need to complete the experience in a single day. Instead, visitors can spend time at each location, enjoy locally crafted beer, connect with fellow beer enthusiasts, attend events, and experience the unique atmosphere that each brewery brings to South Lake Tahoe’s craft beer community. 

As participants check in through the Beer Trail App, they will unlock rewards and work toward earning an exclusive South Tahoe Beer Trail pint glass. Pint glasses are available after completing the trail and can be redeemed at participating breweries. Please note that pint glasses are not available for pickup at Brew Brothers.
