Reno-Tahoe Charcuterie Co. builds custom charcuterie for events across the Tahoe basin, from a delivery box for six on a rental deck to a grazing table for 200 at a wedding. Every spread is designed around your theme, your colors and what your guests actually eat.

Grazing tables for 25 guests and up, styled right on your table or counter. Choose a flat lay, a single beautiful layer using disposable accessories, or a multi-tier table built with wooden boards, marble plates and elevated platters, with cleanup included. Traditional menus feature artisan meats, cheeses, fruit, spreads, olives, nuts and crackers. Brunch menus feature pastries, meats, cheeses, fruit and hard-boiled eggs. From $12 per person, with a $350 minimum.

Boards, boxes and platters for groups under 25. Board-in-a-Box is a 19-by-14-inch bakery box packed edge to edge that feeds up to 15. Fold the sides down and slide the whole spread onto the counter. We also make fruit, veggie, dessert and s’mores platters, individual cups and boats, bites by the dozen, and charcuterie letters and numbers to spell out a name, a date or an age. From $175, which is also our delivery minimum.

Private charcuterie classes wherever you are, whether that is a rental on the lake, a conference room or a friend’s kitchen. Guests learn to pair and style premium meats, artisan cheeses and seasonal fruit, and leave with their own mini board and plenty of leftovers. About 90 minutes, $75 per person, four-person minimum, groups from 4 to 200. A favorite for bachelorette parties, couples and corporate retreats.

We also handle vacation rental welcome deliveries, corporate catering and private flight catering at Reno-Tahoe International, Truckee Tahoe and the surrounding airports.

Gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan and nut-free spreads are routine, and we are glad to work around allergies.

Delivery is free in Reno, and a flat $50 trip fee covers most of the Tahoe basin, Truckee and Carson Valley. Please allow about 48 hours for boxes and boards, and about a week for grazing tables. Peak summer and holiday weekends fill early.
