Matt “Yung Gravy” Hauri is a genre-bending rapper known for his witty, sample-packed tracks and viral presence. A University of Wisconsin–Madison alum, Gravy transitioned from marketing major to full-time musician in 2016, leveraging SoundCloud to launch his career.
He broke through with playful hits like “Mr. Clean” and “1 Thot 2 Thot Red Thot Blue Thot,” both earning platinum RIAA certification
His 2022 single “Betty (Get Money)” interpolated Rick Astley’s Never Gonna Give You Up and became his first entry on the Billboard Hot 100 at #30
Gravy’s debut album Sensational dropped in 2019 under Republic Records, followed by Gasanova in 2020 and the country-rap fusion Serving Country in 2024
