You’re invited to our annual Beer Pairing Dinner on Sunday, December 14th, at South Lake Brewing Company’s Libation Lodge Kitchen & Taproom!
This year’s tasting will feature five courses expertly paired with five different SLBC beers, following a color wheel theme. Dishes will be prepared by Executive Chef, Meg Purcell, and include:
- Red Dish – 1.5-ounce steak served on sourdough with a black pepper horseradish sauce
- Orange Dish – Hot honey miso sweet potato pave
- Green Dish – Chicken and ricotta spinach pasta
- Blue Dish – Hard-boiled egg with a chicken salad filling
- Dessert: Yellow Dish – Saffron and clementine cheesecake
- Dessert: White Dish – Chocolate hazelnut meringue flambé
Tickets are $85 per person. Price increases to $95 on December 7th. Free parking will be available in the Tahoe Village Center. Attendees will be given a free 4-hour parking pass to extend their parking time.
