OMNI Yoga Studio

Welcome to South Tahoe’s premier Hot Yoga and fitness space, now in our new forever home location in the center of town! Enjoy three separate studio spaces: 800 square feet of infrared heated studio, 650 sq ft dance, and aerial studio featuring Tahoe Pole Arte + 500 square feet of boutique gym space.

We offer a variety of classes, 32+ classes weekly, in fact! Our heated studio boosts yoga, sculpt, and barre classes ranging from 85 degrees to 102 degrees of therapeutic infrared goodness.

The dance program includes contemporary, heels, and burlesque-style classes with instruction from local professional performers. Our fitness classes range from HIIT to Circuit training and open gym space with weekly workout programs to help keep you motivated and on track with your fitness goals.

Members have so much to choose from at OMNI, and luxurious amenities such as locker rooms equipped with showers and a steam room are being added for the summer of 2024. Treatment rooms are now open, offering bodywork therapies with Kerry Cashin and IV hydration with Revive Well.

Any of our studios are available for traveling practitioners, speakers, and healers of all modalities; we welcome all in the health and wellness industry to visit and share their wisdom, skills, and energy with our community.
