About Cascade Kitchens
The mission of Cascade Kitchens is to provide a new community dining experience in the heart of South Lake Tahoe, redeveloping a previously unused space to create a welcoming venue for locals and visitors to gather through every season and indulge in the culinary delights of our vendors from the local region and beyond. Renovations began in early 2023 and are nearing completion, with an expected opening in early 2025. In addition to the food hall and commissary kitchen, we’ll be adding various event spaces for community and private use, as well as indoor and outdoor dining areas.
