Local History Speaker Series at Sorenson’s Resort (formerly Wylder Resort)

Sunday, April 23 at 1:00 pm. Sorensen’s Resort in Hope Valley continues its local history series with a 50-minute slide show, “The Big Bang”.

The incredible, true and bizarre story of a calculating and disgruntled gambler, and his attempt to extort three million dollars from the historic Harvey’s Casino Lake Tahoe casino in August of 1980.
