American Century Championship Celebrity Golf
So many options
Edgewood Tahoe is a gorgeous course to follow your favorite American Century celebrity for 18 holes or part of the way or to stake out a claim on a prime location, plop your chair down and watch all the groups play. For those looking for relatively quiet, there are tree-shaded locations along the fairways between #3 and #13. Folks looking to partake in the raucous vibe of the tournament can head to #17. It’s on the shoreline and up to 500 boats can be found moored on Saturday of the tournament with crowds of revelers cheering on their favorites. The area is also home to a number of food/beverage options and shopping venues giving attendees a good shot at a full trifecta of fun.
For golfers, the American Century Championship offers the opportunity to see your favorite celebrities up close and compare your game to theirs. Past attendees, Steph Curry and Tony Romo’s scores are close to being PGA tournament level and John Smoltz has qualified to play on the PGA Senior Tour. Charles Barkley, and Doug Flutie, should make you feel good about your game!

Listen, as long as I can drink and smoke when I play golf, I’m good. I’m going to have some drinks and some stogies. I’m not going to be overly concerned about how good or bad I play.
